Mr. Huang Xiaojing, the Governor of Fujian Province, along with the accompanying officials from the Quanzhou Local Government, arrived at CCTF Science and Technology Park in Quanzhou City on  July 6^th 2009, at 5 PM, for the offering of guidance and an inspection of how “4 Enhancements” are being implemented. (4 enhancements, known as enhancement of provincial economy’s momentum, enhancement of the actual effect of Spiritual Civilization Building, enhancement of the quality of civic service, and enhancement of the constructive ability of the Party, were a series of investigation and research activities launched by the Fujian Provincial Committee in 2001. ) At the gate of CCTF, the Governor and the distinguished guests were warmly greeted by  the chairman of the board, Mr Dai Guoliang, who not only showed them around the CCTF showroom, but also made an official report about the latest progresses of the group company.

  When  Mr. Huang Xiaojing, the Governor, was informed that CCTF is actively seizing the opportunities and accelerating tactic arrangements in the storm of international financial crisis by establishing strategic relationship with famous enterprises and universities, employing specialized personnel, as well as by developing R&D power, the Governor complimented CCTF on the grand contribution it made to the development and upgrade of Fujian’s telecommunication industry. Afterwards, the Governor sat in a brief report, in which CCTF put forward its proposal of how to develop telecommunication on both sides of Taiwan Strait and brought SCDMA, the newest generation broadband wireless technology, to the Governor’s special attention. At the end of the visitation, the Governor once again expressed his applause to the exceptional achievements of CCTF  . Expectation, he added, was, is and will be fixed upon CCTF’s gorgeous future.
