Mr. Dai Guoliang (Chairman and Executive Director)

Mr. Dai founded Fujian Centron on December 8, 1989 and has been in charge of the general management of the Company. Mr. Dai is an engineer and has almost 20 years of experiences in research, production and sales within the telecommunication industry. Mr. Dai has completed the EMBA program at Huaqiao University.

Mr. Guo Zeli (Vice Chairman and Executive Director)

Mr. Guo is involved from time to time with the strategic development and market planning of the Company and Fujian Centron. Mr. Guo has over 20 years of management experiences. Mr Guo was appointed as the Board of Director of Nice Group on July 25, 2004. Since September 2006, he has been the Vice Chairman of Xiamen Overseas Chinese Electronic Company Limited Prior to 2006, Mr. Guo served as the vice General Manager of Xiamen Economic Trading Company Limited and as the Chairman of Xiamen Overseas Chinese Electronic Company Limited. Mr. Guo obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Xiamen University in January 1998. He has been a part-time professor at the Business Management Department of Xiamen University since 2004.

Mr. Dai Guoyu (Executive Director)

Mr. Dai is responsible for sales and marketing, development and implementation of the strategies of the Company. Mr. Dai joined Fujian Centron on May 2, 1994. Mr. Dai has almost 20 years of sales and management experience within the telecommunication industry. Mr. Dai has completed the EMBA program at Huaqiao University and obtained the title of Engineer in 2006. Mr. Dai is the brother of Mr. Dai Guoliang.

Mr. Yi Zhangtao (Executive Director)

Mr. Yi is responsible for the group´s logistics and the comprehensive management of the Subsidiary Shenzhen ZHT Communication & Technology Co., Ltd. Mr. Yi has almost 20 years of research and production experiences within the telecommunication industry. Mr. Yi joined Centron on August 4, 1992. Prior to Centron, Mr. Yi was employed by Wuhan Zhongyuan Electronics Group Co. Ltd from 1986 to 1989. Mr. Yi graduated from Xi’an Electronic Technology University and obtained the title of Engineer in April 2006.
